Baltimore Police rescued a lost dog from the cold, but couldn't find the dog's owner.
Officers were called to the 2800 block of Edgecombe Circle North after getting reports of a frozen or hurt dog in the area.

When the arrived, police found the animal, but not the owner, so they gave it treats and water and let it warm up in a patrol car.

Officers are hoping to find the owner of the dog and reunite them.
