Baltimore City residents can voice their concerns about the police department's consent decree Tuesday.
It's one of two forums focusing on the monitor selection process. The City of Baltimore, Police Department and Department of Justice have interviewed six teams to monitor the consent decree.
Residents can ask questions Tuesday at the Fine Arts auditorium at the Baltimore City Community College Library Campus. There's another meeting Wednesday at the student center Ballroom C at Morgan State.
Both forums start at 6 p.m.
