City officials held a press conference Friday afternoon to discuss their storm preparations, as the snow began to fall across the Baltimore region.
Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake and William Johnson, the city's director of transportation, urged residents to be patient and stay off the roads so crews can do their jobs.
