BALTIMORE — Another individual running for Mayor of Baltimore released their crime plan on Monday.
Mary Miller says she would provide support for the City Police Commissioner Michael Harrison. She plans to increase officer pay to help address the department vacancies.
She says she wants to insure policing is just by launching a new ethical policing program and holding monthly town halls. Lastly, she wants to grow economic opportunity.
