Baltimore FOP re-elects Lt. Gene Ryan as president

Baltimore's local chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police re-elected Lt. Gene Ryan as president. He began serving as president of the FOP Lodge 3 in 2014.

Rank-and-file members and retired officers of the organization also re-elected second vice president Paul Blair, third vice president Ron Starr, secretary Lisa Riha and treasurer John Nolan.

 

Lt. Kenny Butler was elected as first vice president, the highest rank held by a black officer in the local union's history.
