Baltimore's local chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police re-elected Lt. Gene Ryan as president. He began serving as president of the FOP Lodge 3 in 2014.
Rank-and-file members and retired officers of the organization also re-elected second vice president Paul Blair, third vice president Ron Starr, secretary Lisa Riha and treasurer John Nolan.
