Baltimore City firefighters are being hailed heroes after navigating flood waters following severe storms Tuesday.
Members of Engine 58 rescued a family who was trapped when their car stalled while driving through flooded road conditions.

The fire department encourages drivers to avoid flooded roadways and remember the phrase "turn around don't drown."
