Hundreds of cases have now been dismissed over the two big scandals surrounding the Baltimore City police department.
So far the City State's Attorney's office has dropped 169 cases related to the three body camera videos that seem to show officers re-enacting finding evidence. Another 109 cases were dropped in response to the eight Gun task force officers indicted on federal racketeering and fraud charges.
These 278 cases that have been dismissed are part of the nearly 900 cases prosecutors announced earlier this week could be impacted by the controversies.
