Baltimore City under Code Blue alert Sunday

and last updated
The snow may have stopped, but Baltimore City is still under a Code Blue Alert Sunday following the biggest snow storm we've ever seen.

The area is still dealing with bitter cold and strong winds.

Anyone without heat or power can call 311 for help. Anne Arundel County has opened four warming centers to help those who don't have a warm place to stay.

The warming centers will be open until 7 a.m. Monday.

Code Blue alerts are issued by the Baltimore City Health Commissioner when temperatures and wind chills are 13 degrees or lower or when conditions pose a significant threat to the health of vulnerable people living in the city.
