Baltimore City Police need help locating a missing 72-year-old man.
Police say James Colkley was last seen on Wednesday, Feb. 17 in the 4300 block of Belvieu Avenue.

He was last seen wearing a khaki colored coat, grey shirt, black jeans and black boots.
