Ridesharing company Lyft will sponsor five Baltimore Bike Share locations throughout the city.

The city will be working with the company to enhance its transportation program.

Thursday Mayor Catherine Pugh announced the new multi-year partnership between Bike Share and Lyft. It will bring five new co-located transportation hubs to the city.

The stations will be designated as Lyft pick-up and drop-off zones.

The partnership will also include an in-app experience to guide Lyft riders and Bike Share members to the pick-up zones.

The stations will be located at the Baltimore Visitor Center, the National Aquarium, Shot Tower Metro, Harbor East, and Hopkins Place.
