An activist arrested during protests that happened after Baltimore Police Officer William Porter's December trial was found guilty Tuesday of disobeying a lawful order.
Kwame Rose was not found guilty of obstruction of traffic, the sidewalk and disturbing the peace.
Rose was taken into custody for what was considered to be an illegal protest, because he and other activists were blocking the sidewalk.
