BALTIMORE — A deadly vehicle crash is under investigation in West Baltimore.
Police say it happened Saturday, around 5:25pm in the 1800 block of W. Lafayette Avenue.
That's where a transit van reportedly hit an ATV, killing the person riding it.
According to Baltimore City Code, ATV riding on public streets is illegal.
The involved van was not an MTA or City vehicle.
