Legendary girl group TLC will headline the 37th annual Artscape.

America's largest free arts festival returns to Baltimore in July. It will run from July 20 to July 22 on Mount Royal Avenue and North Charles Street.

The festival will be filled with music, food, and art. This year it's going back to the basics of art so the 2018 theme is 'The Year of No Theme.'

Other headliners for the weekend include reggae group Toots and the Maytals and blues rock Sensation ZZ Ward. TLC will perform on Friday, July 20 at 7:30pm, Toots & The Maytals will perform on Saturday, July 21 at 7:30pm and  ZZ Ward will perform on Sunday, July 22 at 5:30pm at the Mica
Mainstage.

This year's festival will also have a youth day featuring performances and visual art by local youth artists, makers and performers at venues throughout the area, a performance by the Cardinal Sheehan Choir, and a silent disco.

Artscape is open from 11am to 9pm on Friday and Saturday and 11am to 7pm on Sunday.

When the festival closes, the festivities will continue at Artscape After Hours, which will be open Friday and Saturday night from 9 to 11pm. Artscape After Hours includes live music and DJ performances, dance parties, movies, pop-up performances, and art installations. There will also be LOL@Artscape, a pop-up comedy club featuring local comedians.
