Due to heavy rain, The Baltimore Office of Promotions & the Arts announced that Artscape will close at 6 p.m. on Saturday.
Every effort was made to keep the festival open, but the all-day rain and deteriorating conditions have cause the festival to closed early.
Artscape will reopen Sunday at 11 a.m. and LOL@Artscape, with the Baltimore Improv Group (BIG), will happen indoors at the BIG Theater from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday night.
