For the first time in 50 years, the archdiocese of Baltimore plans to build a new Catholic school.
The co-ed school will cost the diocese more than 18 million dollars.
Students from prekindergarten through 8th grade will attend.
The school will be built at the site of the old Lexington Terrace Elementary School. It was demolished in 1977.
Officials say they hope to open the school by Fall of 2020.
