16,425 days and that should do it.

After 45 years of caring, Steve Morgan has decided this is it. He will retire after a brilliant career leading the ARC Baltimore.

Back in college, he was coaxed to sling his guitar at a summer camp for mentally challenged children. He fell in love with helping people.

Right after college he signed on and has worked himself up to the boss of ARC Baltimore. He has seen tremendous growth over the years. From parents being told their child will never learn and that it would be best if you put them in Rosewood.

To today, where he sees those challenged by everyday living, learn how to learn, how to work, even how to marry.  Incredible strides with Steve Morgan leading the way.

Kathleen McNally Durkin will take over on July 1, 2017.
