Some families in Northeast Baltimore are going to have to spend Christmas somewhere else after a tree crashed into their building.
It happened Thursday on Everall Avenue, near the intersection of Bel Air Road and Northern Parkway.
Neighbors say no one was hurt. At least one apartment is badly damaged.
People who live in the building say they heard a crash then felt the walls shake.
Neighbors ran from door to door telling their friends to get out of the building.
It was not clear Thursday night what caused the tree to fall.
