An activist arrested during protests following Officer Porter's trial appeared in court Tuesday.
Kwame Rose was found guilty of disobeying lawful order, but found not guilty of obstruction of traffic, sidewalk and disturbing the peace.
Rose was taken into custody for what was considered to be an illegal protest. because he and other activists were blocking the sidewalk.
