In addition to getting a bouquet of flowers, the Baltimore Humane Society wants their cats and kittens to find forever homes.
The organization says they're encouraging people to adopt a cat or kitten by making adoption fees 50% off for the animals. This remains in effect now through Sunday, February 17.
