The country's largest free arts festival returns for its 36th year on Friday.
Artscape runs in Baltimore from Friday, July 21 to Sunday, July 23.
The festival will feature live performances from musicians Sheila E. and Robert Randolph and the Family Band, as well as films at the newly-opened Parkway Theater.
Mayor Pugh announced that all of the beer sold will be 100 percent local.
"This is a great time for family reunions, for bringing friends that you haven't seen in a while to Baltimore City," said Mayor Catherine Pugh.
