BALTIMORE — Police are investigating an early Wednesday morning shooting in West Baltimore.
Officers responded to a reported shooting, just after 1:00 a.m. in the 1000 block of North Payson Street . On the scene, they found a 34-year-old female suffering from gunshot wounds to the elbow and thigh.
She was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
