BALTIMORE — On October 31, at just about 9:55 a.m., Southwest District patrol officers were called to the 1800 block of Poplar Grove Street for a report of a shooting victim.
Officers located a 27 year-old male suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg.
The victim was transported to an area hospital.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the victim was involved in a dispute in the 2900 block of Westwood when he was shot.
