Baltimore has made another top ten list, unfortunately, it is one that Baltimoreans don't want to be on. 

Baltimore cracks the top ten on 24/7 Wall Street's worst places to live, and Charm City came in at No. 9.

The list mentions long commutes cutting into personal time, diminishing quality of life, and lower than average household income with a high cost of living. 

The average commute time in the is more than a half an hour.

  1. Detroit, Michigan
  2. Flint, Michigan
  3. St. Louis, Missouri
  4. Memphis, Tennessee
  5. Wilmington, Delaware
