Baltimore has made another top ten list, unfortunately, it is one that Baltimoreans don't want to be on. 

Baltimore cracks the top ten on 24/7 Wall Street's worst places to live , and Charm City came in at No. 9.

The list mentions long commutes cutting into personal time, diminishing quality of life, and lower than average household income with a high cost of living. 

The average commute time in the is more than a half an hour.

  1. Detroit, Michigan
  2. Flint, Michigan
  3. St. Louis, Missouri
  4. Memphis, Tennessee
  5. Wilmington, Delaware
