BALTIMORE — An 18-year-old man was shot to death just as the clock struck midnight Monday in Southwest Baltimore.
Police believe it happened in the 2400 block of Tolley Street.
Officers initially responded to the location for a report of shots fired.
When they got there, no victim was found.
Shortly after police were notified that Riyad Campbell had showed up at an area hospital with gunshot wounds. Doctors pronounced him dead a short time later.
Police haven't released any information on a possible motive or suspect.
