A 66-year-old woman is in critical condition Friday morning after a house fire in Pasadena, according to the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
Firefighters responded to the fire in the 300 block of Rambling Ridge Court just after 8:30 p.m. Heavy fire was coming from the middle of the group townhouse, where the victim was trapped.
She was taken to Baltimore Washington Medical Center in critical condition, then transferred the Burn Center at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
The cause of the fire remains undetermined.
Damages are estimated at around $40,000, with the damage contained to mostly the first floor and stairwell area. There were no other injuries.
