A strange discovery at BWI Airport leads to a traveler being detained.
Customs agents found the passenger trying to bring a stuffed puffin into the airport. Investigators say the passenger came to the U.S. on a flight from Iceland. After it was confiscated, agents let the traveler go "without penalty."
