Police: Woman robbed while walking to her car in Hanover

ANNE ARUNDEL, Md. — Anne Arundel Police are investigating after a woman was robbed while walking to her car.

On Monday at about 8:20 a.m., officers responded for a robbery of a woman in the 7000 block of Arundel Mills circle in Hanover.

A 58-year-old woman was walking toward her vehicle when she was approached by an unknown male suspect.

The suspect displayed a knife and said something the victim didn’t understand. He then removed the victim’s purse and drove off in a blue Honda Accord.

Officers searched the area but were unable to find the vehicle or suspect. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
