ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. — The Anne Arundel County Police Department is looking for two suspects who tried to rob a local beauty store.

On Tuesday, at about 8:30 p.m., officers responded to JB Beauty located at 5027 Ritchie Highway in Brooklyn for an assault/attempted robbery.

Officers learned two suspects entered the business and began looking around. After several minutes one of the suspects suddenly pepper-sprayed the two store clerks, while the other suspect tried to deploy a "Taser-like" electronic device.

During the assault, one of the suspects climbed behind the sales counter and tried to steal hair extensions.

The employees were then able to force the suspects out of the store. The victims suffered minor injuries from the pepper-spray, but neither were hit by the electronic device.
