ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, Md. — The suspect charged with poking a woman with a syringe had multiple syringes filled with semen.
Anne Arundel County Police say that they are unsure if the syringe used on the victim was filled with semen.

According to the victim, the suspect, Thomas Bryon Stemen, poked her with the syringe while she was walking through the parking lot on February 18.

Stemen has since been arrested on Tuesday and was charged with First and Second Degree Assault and Reckless Endangerment.
