MILLERSVILLE, Md. — A 19-year-old Severn man is in custody after being accused of pulling a shotgun on one citizen and running over another, while speeding through a Millersville neighborhood.

Anne Arundel County Police were called around 1:10 p.m. Saturday, to Oakdale Circle.

Witnesses reported a man speeding through the neighborhood in a blue Chevy Silverado.

Police say a female homeowner tried getting the driver to slow down, but the he allegedly chased her off by pulling out a shotgun and racking it.

The vehicle returned later, and this time a second victim held his hand out to try and slow it down.

That's when the driver allegedly swerved toward the victim and struck him. He was treated on scene by EMS.

Officers eventually found the vehicle with the shotgun inside, and arrested Nikolas Matthew Riley.
