Police are looking for missing 37-year-old Robert Louis Hall.
He is a critical missing person, according to police. Hall was last seen on Thursday at 4:00 p.m.
Hall has shoulder length dreadlocks and a scruffy beard. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
Police says he needs help, if you see him please call 911.
