Anne Arundel County police are investigating a pedestrian struck and killed on Route 100 Saturday afternoon.
Just after 4 p.m. firefighters responded to Route 100 near Oakwood Road for a pedestrian struck.
According to police, the victim was pronounced dead on scene and was described to be in late 20's.
No additional details were immediately available.
