ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Police have arrested and charged the suspect who was responsible for cutting a man's throat during a September 19 robbery in Annapolis.

The suspect, who has been identified as 22-year-old Deondray Lessell Jones, has been charged with the following:
- Attempted First Degree Murder
- Attempted Second Degree Murder
- Armed Robbery
- Robbery
- Assault First Degree
- Assault Second Degree
- Theft, less than $100.00
- Possession of Dangerous Weapon with intent to injure
