PASADENA, Md. — Bryan Hagan knows what it takes to match up lights with music on land, but this year he took his talent to the Pasadena Lighted Boat Parade.
It was Mike Hatcher, who runs the show that pointed the flotilla to the Island of Kindness.
Bryan and his motley crew of Jimmy Jernigan, Jason Auberger, Laura Citro, Vince Marks, Mike Stanley and John Denton went to work. They set out to win best in the show.
Hatcher decided this year, "let’s give back."
Since he knows Pasadena he found the David family. Owen David was playing lacrosse when he found a knot on his rib cage. It was cancer.
Bryan told his crew, that if they won they’d turn their winnings over.
Now, Owen gets to board a yacht and sail the Chesapeake next June. All thanks to the Pasadena Lighted Boat Parade.
