On Thursday Live! Casino and Hotel at Arundel Mills is getting a little bit bigger.
It's opening the state's first outdoor gaming and smoking patio! The official name of this area is the Orchid Gaming and Smoking Patio, and it's an indoor-outdoor space with lots of greenery surrounded by different table games and slot machines.
It will have 12 live table games, 28 electronic table games, and more than 150 slot machines. There will also be a bar and humidors where you can buy cigars.
This is just one of several grand openings the casino is going to host over the next month. Last year they broke ground on a 17-story hotel and spa that is set to open on May 22.
Next month, the grand event center is scheduled to open where the casino will host concerts, conventions, and other large events.
