One person died in a single car crash in Anne Arundel County Monday night, police confirmed.
The crash happened at Route 50 West at I-97 around 8 p.m.
Traffic on westbound Route 50 is getting by on the shoulder. All eastbound lanes are open.
Police have not identified the victim in the crash.
The cause is under investigation.
