Maryland Natural Resources Police emphasize safety on the water for Fourth of July

In 2015, 21 people lost their lives boating on Maryland waterways.

This year, five people have been killed so far while boating.

Maryland Natural Resources police do not want to see that number climb to the historic levels of last year.

They'll be out in full force this Fourth of July weekend.
