Man federally indicted for attacking TSA officers at BWI Airport

LINTHICUM, Md. — A Charles County man faces federal charges for allegedly attacking a pair of TSA officers at BWI Airport.

The reported incident took place on April 2 at the airport's security checkpoint.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, 32-year-old Cornelius Lionell Queen, also assaulted a bystander and his two children.

Queen also interfered with the federal officers ability to perform their security duties.

He now faces up to 18-years behind bars if convicted.

It's unclear of what led to the entire situation unfolding.
