A new recovery facility for people trying to end their addiction to opioids opens Tuesday.
Maryland House Detox is said to be the first stand-alone, inpatient detox center in Maryland.
They're expecting patients to stay in the facility for 5-7 days of "medically monitored detoxification."
The new facility opens Tuesday morning on South Camp Meade Road in the Linthicum area of Anne Arundel County.
