ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Former Annapolis mayor Gavin Buckley announced he will be running for a county council seat.
Buckley announced on Facebook that he filed as a candidate for Anne Arundel County Council District 6.
"When we face challenges and we're unsure how to make a difference, there's one thing we can always do: act locally," Buckley wrote.
Buckley's has served as mayor since 2017.
