ANNAPOLIS, Md. — FeBREWary is Maryland Craft Beer Lovers Month! What better way to bring in the festivities than to raise a glass of cold brew to mark the 4th annual proclamation of the season.
Governor Larry Hogan alongside Comptoller Peter Franchot and the Brewers Association of Maryland kicked off a celebration highlighting Maryland's growing craft beer industry. The month long celebration highlights the growing craft beer industry in our state and acknowledges the support of the industry's consumers.
2019 marks the 4th annual proclamation of FebBREWary by Governor Hogan.
Breweries around the state celebrate each year by brewing limited-release and seasonal beers and launching them at their breweries in collaboration with other Maryland businesses.
These local breweries also participate in the annual Love Thy Beer craft beer tasting event which will be held on Friday, February 8 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Silver Spring Civic Building.
