A man is dead after falling over 100 feet in Annapolis.
The victim was reportedly operating a crane, assisting in the rewiring of flag poles at the World War II Memorial located in the 1900 block of Governor Ritchie Highway.
Officials say a hoist cable broke, causing the worker to fall to his death.
