The 18-year-old man suspected of fatally stabbing his 10-year-old sister and wounding his 13-year-old brother Monday in Glen Burnie has been found dead, Anne Arundel County Police said.
The body of Andres Garcia was found Friday morning near the community in Glen Burnie, according to police.
Police said preliminary information indicated Garcia had been deceased for a period of time, and evidence showed he may have taken his own life. His body will be transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the exact cause and manner of death.
Garcia, of the 6400 block of Roots Drive in Glen Burnie, was accused of fatally stabbing his 10-year-old sister, and wounding his 13-year-old brother in their home Monday night.
Garcia was facing charges including first- and second- degree murder, first- and second-degree assault, attempted first- and second-degree murder and reckless endangerment.
