ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Annapolis Police say 11-year-old Abigail Ramirez was found safe and unharmed on Sunday.
Police reported that Ramirez was last seen in the 1200 block of Thom Court on Saturday night at 11:00 p.m.
Officers believed she voluntarily went missing and was still in the Reserve at Quiet Waters Apartment community.
