ANNAPOLIS, Md. — Annapolis Police need your help in the search for a critically missing man.
A concerned person told police that 63-year-old Richard O’Connor was last seen on July, 9 in the 1900 block of Vincent Street.
Police said there are factors which make him a critically missing person.
