"Hopefully we'll have some crowds and have more business than normal," said Linda Mann, the owners of Shades of the Bay on Main Street.
The fireworks are expected to kick off at 9:15 p.m. There will be free parking at the DNR lot, the state parking lot at the Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium and the Calvert Street Garage.
Not everybody was upset the show was canceled Tuesday night. Tony Campuano and his wife came by boat from Rock Hall to Annapolis. They couldn't be happier the show was postponed.
Sigrid Campuano said, "it was a nice surprise because we just came over for the sailboat races and found out the fireworks were this evening so it was an awesome surprise. So we can't wait."
Mann has seen the firework in Annapolis for years.
"It is great fun. It's like a Norman Rockwell 4th of July, people bring their kids in on wagons and strollers and they park out here on the side walk, they bring blankets and chairs," she said. "It's so family oriented. It's a tradition for many families."
Because crowds aren't expected to be as big as last night, only Dock Street right here at the city dock will be closed for parking. There are no parking restriction any where else in the city.
