19-year-old that was shot in Odenton parking lot on Thursday has died

ODENTON, Md. — A 19-year-old has died after being shot in an Odenton parking lot, according to the Anne Arundel County Police Department.

On Thursday at about 12:45 a.m., officers responded for a shooting in a parking lot in the 700 block of Hammond Branch Drive.

When officers arrived, they found 19-year-old Oluwatomisi Temidire Adeleke (aka: Tolsen), from the 14000 block of Castle Boulevard, Silver Spring, suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body.

Some time later, Adeleke was pronounced dead by medical personnel.

Multiple canvasses were completed, witnesses were interviewed and evidence was collected from the crime scene. Evidence shows that his death was a homicide and an autopsy will be completed to determine the exact cause and manner of death.
