UNDATED (AP) -- Donald Trump has unveiled what he calls a "New Deal for black America."
The plan includes tax incentives for inner cities, new micro-loans for African Americans to start companies and hire workers and reinvestment of money from suspended refugee programs in inner cities.
Meanwhile the Democratic National Committee is accusing its Republican counterpart of supporting Donald Trump in intimidating and discouraging minority voters from casting ballots.
The RNC calls the accusation "completely meritless."
