There are several rallies planned in Annapolis, Baltimore, Rockville, and Frederick on Tuesday.
A few dozen people showed in Towson to speak out against the new laws and what they see as efforts to roll back the landmark Roe v. Wade decision.
"We may have areas in our nation where access to abortion care is just not a reality, and it’s not good enough where we can say some states we can access abortion care and others we just can’t. We can’t do that," said Diana Philip, Executive President NARAL Pro-Choice Maryland.
