Ellicott City repairs and prepares for potential flooding

Howard County officials gathered in Ellicott City Wednesday to survey the clean up effort and address the impending threat of more heavy rains saturated the area in the coming days.

Besides cleaning up from Sundays flooding, the city and county also worked to repair the city's drainage system prior to more potentially soaking rains through the coming weekend.
